Pricing

Priced on domains and volume, not seats.

Tiers below are placeholders while the platform is in build — final numbers land once billing (Phase 5) ships. The shape won't change: you pay for sending domains and lead volume, never for how many people on your team log in.

Questions

The things worth knowing before you commit a domain.

What does outreachstack cost?
Starter is $0 for a single tenant with one sending domain. Growth and Scale are placeholder tiers — their prices are not published yet because billing has not shipped. Pricing is per sending domain and per lead volume, never per seat.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Starter costs $0, covers one tenant and one sending domain, and expects you to bring your own mailbox (Google or Microsoft OAuth) and your own API keys. Domain dataset queries are rate-limited on it.
Where is my data hosted?
In the European Union. The application, Postgres, the ClickHouse domain lake and object storage run on Hetzner infrastructure in the EU, and tenant data is not replicated outside it. The honest caveat: model inference is routed through OpenRouter, which may execute a request on a provider outside the EU. An EU-only routing policy is on the roadmap and is not shipped yet.
Which mailboxes can I send from?
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 over OAuth, or any provider over SMTP and IMAP. You can also let outreachstack provision and warm its own sending domains, where DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and the warmup ramp are handled through the API rather than by hand.
Can an agent or a script drive it, or is it a dashboard?
Every operation is an API call on a single /api/v1 surface. The CLI is generated from the same contract as the dashboard, so the two cannot drift, and an autonomous agent authenticates with the same scoped, tenant-bound keys and the same access control as a human. Long-running work returns a job envelope to poll, and anything that spends money or sends mail accepts dry_run=true.
Do you have customers I can talk to?
No. outreachstack is pre-launch and has no customers yet. The only tenant in production is us — the company runs its own outbound through the same API, warmup ramps and deliverability autopilot every other tenant will use. There is no logo wall on this site because there is nothing honest to put on it.
